Reading to mind and Exercise to body !

Reading is to the mind as exercise is to the body.
i think this is a true statement because , like exercise helps keep your body healthy, reading keeps yo mind healthy. if you exercise everyday your body would be stern and strong, and
 if you read everyday your mind would be as strong as your body. This analogy is true because both keep you strong and healthy
